Terms of service

1. Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation and are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and recovery codes safe. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store or distribute material that is unlawful where you are or where we operate, to infringe copyright, or to attack the service or other users. We do not inspect file contents, but we act on credible reports.

3. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding announced maintenance. This is a target, not a warranty. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose — that is true of every provider, including this one.

4. Payment

Subscriptions are billed yearly in advance. The first month is refundable in full. Price changes are announced 60 days ahead and never apply to a term already paid for.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of section 2. On termination you have 60 days of read-only access to export your data before deletion.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, and disputes are subject to its courts.
