Can I try it first?
The first month is refundable in full, no questions and no form to fill in. Write to us and we send the money back.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account goes read-only for 60 days, so you can still export everything. After that it is deleted, and deletion means deleted.
Do you have a free tier?
No. Storage and bandwidth cost real money every month, and a free tier has to be funded by something — usually advertising, data, or the paying customers subsidising it. We would rather just charge a fair price.
Why is it invitation only?
Open sign-up on a storage service attracts abuse, and handling abuse would become most of what we do. Staying small keeps the service quiet and the support queue short. If you know someone with an account, ask them.
Where is the data held?
Primary storage in the EU, encrypted backups in a second EU region. Nothing is replicated outside the EU.
