What we store
- Your files, encrypted at rest.
- The address on your account, and the display name you chose.
- Security events — sign-ins, second-factor changes, new devices — kept 90 days.
- Billing records, kept as long as tax law requires.
What we do not store
- Advertising or behavioural profiles. There is no advertising.
- The contents of your files in any searchable index.
- Third-party analytics. This site loads nothing from anyone else.
- Tracking cookies. The only cookie is your session.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, other than the infrastructure providers hosting the encrypted data and the payment processor handling subscriptions. Neither can read file contents. We do not sell data and have no arrangement under which it could be sold.
Lawful requests
We comply with valid legal orders from courts with jurisdiction over us. We notify the affected account unless legally prevented. We publish the number of requests received each year.
Your rights
Export everything at any time from Settings → Account. Deleting your account removes files and metadata within 30 days, and from encrypted backups within 90. To correct or ask about your data, write to [email protected].
Changes
Material changes are announced in the application 30 days before they take effect.
